成份 Ingredients：

法國鴨腿、鴨油、豬油、鹽  French duck legs, duck fat, pig fat, salt

建議烹調方式：

鴨皮向下，以少量鴨油放鑊煎香，或放 焗爐/ 氣炸鍋，200 度烤12-15分鐘，佐以蔬菜、磨菇、沙律等。
Oven or air-frier, 200 degrees bake for 12-15mins.  Or pan-fry with some oil insdie the can, put the leg wiht the skin side facing down, fry a short while until the skin turn golden.
